The safety of our staff, visitors, and customers is our utmost priority.
We have made a significant number of adjustments to our operations to ensure that everyone has access to a safe environment at Epic Escape.
We ask that you, as a visitor or customer, refrain from attending Epic Escape Gold Coast if you have recently experienced any of the associated symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 until a negative test result has been achieved.
Session start times have been adjusted to prevent customer groups from coming into contact with one another. In addition to this, the number of escape room experience sessions has been reduced by approximately 30% in order to allow additional time for cleaning during room resets, and after every customer group has left the waiting area.
Staff use hospital-grade disinfectant wipes and aerosol disinfectants to deep clean all aspects of each escape room after every session. Staff pay attention to all props, puzzles, walls, handles, and anything that the customer can come into contact with.
This translates to an additional 30 minutes between sessions, and a staggered start time between escape room experiences to prevent customer groups from coming into contact with one another.
In addition to this, after each team has entered their respective escape room experiences, staff deep clean the waiting and reception areas using the same method outlined above.
Epic Escape staff wear appropriate PPE whilst cleaning all areas of the business.
